1 Account Registration and Eligibility

If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be confiscated.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Dhaka baji reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, utility bill, or other documents to confirm your identity and address. Failure to complete verification within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. Dhaka baji will never ask for your password through email, phone, or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

2 Deposits

  • Dhaka baji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. We may add or remove payment methods at our discretion with prior notice to players.
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Players who have completed full KYC verification enjoy higher deposit limits at dhaka baji.
  • Deposits made via mobile financial services like bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dhaka baji wallet within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours during business days.
  • You must deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the sender, and your dhaka baji account may be flagged for review.
  • Dhaka baji does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may charge standard transaction fees according to their own policies, which are outside our control.

3 Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests at dhaka baji are processed within 2 to 24 hours for mobile financial services and up to 48 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during weekends and public holidays.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and verification status. VIP members of dhaka baji enjoy significantly higher withdrawal limits.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

  • All bonuses and promotions offered by dhaka baji come with specific terms, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, maximum bet limits, and eligible games. These terms are clearly stated on each promotion's page before you opt in.
  • Standard wagering requirements at dhaka baji typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. You must complete the wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • While playing with an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided at dhaka baji's discretion.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period, usually between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
  • Dhaka baji reserves the right to remove or modify any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
  • Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. This policy exists to ensure fair distribution of promotional offers across the dhaka baji community.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

  • All games on dhaka baji are provided by licensed, third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fairness.
  • Dhaka baji does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider's mathematical model and is consistent for all players at all times.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, dhaka baji will investigate the incident and, if warranted, void the affected round and refund the player's wager. Decisions regarding malfunctions are final.
  • The use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games on dhaka baji is strictly prohibited. Players found using such tools will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds confiscated.
  • Collusion between players in multiplayer or live dealer games is prohibited. If dhaka baji detects patterns of coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes, all involved accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

  • Dhaka baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Reasons for closure include but are not limited to fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, use of automated software, underage gaming, and money laundering.
  • If your account is closed due to a violation, dhaka baji may withhold any remaining balance in your account. If the closure is not related to a violation, any verified balance will be returned to you through your original deposit method.
  • You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed, your account data will be retained for a period of five years as required by our regulatory obligations.
  • Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a temporary suspension of their dhaka baji account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During the suspension period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play any games.
  • Dhaka baji may also close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Before closure, we will attempt to contact you via your registered email address. Any remaining balance in dormant accounts will be held for an additional 6 months before being forfeited.

7 Limitation of Liability

  • Dhaka baji provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
  • Dhaka baji shall not be liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power outages, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect your gaming experience.
  • In no event shall dhaka baji's total liability to any player exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that losses are a normal part of the experience. Dhaka baji is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of placing bets or playing games on our platform.

8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which dhaka baji operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism outlined below.
  • If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate it to our complaints management team by emailing the same address with the subject line "Formal Complaint." Escalated disputes are reviewed by a senior manager and a resolution is provided within 14 business days.
  • These terms represent the entire agreement between you and dhaka baji regarding your use of our platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
